Export documentation is a very important subject. It is to be handled carefully. Various types of documentations are involved in Import & Export activities. Different department of the Government have their own requirements. Importers & Exporters are required to comply the documentary requirement of exporter/importer and his country.
These requirements also keep on changing. Understanding of the Various Columns of each document is essential. An irregular document creates problems and result into delay in delivery of the goods.

MACCIA delegation visited Indian Embassy in Uzbekistan for the discussion on trade and business opportunities for Indian business in Uzbekistan. Meeting was organised with Hon. Santosh Jha, Indian Ambassador to Uzbekistan on 1st October 2019 at Embassy office at Tashkent.

Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture (MACCIA) and Malaysian Indian Business Council (MIBC) signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on 25th June at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The MoU was signed by MACCIA President, Mr. Santosh Mandlecha and MIBC President, Tan Sri Ir. Kuna Sittampalam. The MOU was witnessed by Dr. Varun Jeph, Head of Commerce & Information - High Commission of India, Kuala Lumpur.

Meeting with President of Argentina H. E. Mr. Mauricio Macri during the Presidential State visit to Maharashtra was organised in Mumbai on 19th February 2019. The President was accompanied by a high-level Business and Investment Mission consisting of more than 50 companies from sectors such as agriculture, confectionery, Renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, metal mechanics, bio-technology, food processing, cosmetics and fresh fruits. Also present in the meeting were Ms. Marina Ripari, First Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Argentina.
MACCIA President Shri Santosh Mandlecha addressing the Panel discussion on ‘Access to Finance: Issues of MSME Credit’, for promoting MSMEs in all spheres of social & economic activities in India, at the National MSME Conclave ‘UDYAM SANGAM-2018’ on the occasion of ‘UN MSME Day’, on 27th June 2018, at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.
Maharashtra Sammelan 2018 event, organized by MACCIA and hosted by Shri Suresh Prabhu, Hon’ble Minister of Civil Aviation and Hon’ble Minister of Commerce & Industry, at Delhi, on 15th March 2018. The members got the opportunity to interact with the dignitaries – Shri Ramdas Athawale Hon’ble Minister of State for Social Justice & Empowerment, Shri Hansraj Ahir Hon’ble Minister of State -Ministry of Home Affairs and many dignitaries.
Maharashtra State Trade Conference on GST was held at Nashik on 15 July 2017 which was addressed by Hon’ble Finance Minister of Maharashtra Shri Sudhir Mungatiwar and Shri Deepak Kesarkar. The GST Commissioner of State was present throughout the conference and guided the deliberations. The Valedictory address was delivered by Ex-Finance Minister Shri Arunbhai Gujrati. After this conference, most of the issues of trade, commerce & industry were effectively addressed by the GST Council.
