MACCIA provides Training Programs and Workshops, to address the needs of the community, and their development. These Training Programs are designed to provide the members with resources they need to achieve their goals.  MACCIA's goal is to inspire, outreach and provide more opportunities. 

The Chamber has taken number of steps to enhance the competitiveness of the members in particular. For this purpose Training programmes, Workshops, Lectures and interactive sessions have been organised from time to time at various business centers. It is conducted in Marathi and also in English language. Very recently the Govt. has introduced the GST in India. The Chamber has organised Certificate courses at many places including  Mumbai and Nashik. Similarly Certificate Courses on Exports are held regularly at Mumbai and Nashik.
