Note:
- Hire Charges are for Monday-Friday. The hire charges for Saturday
- No Bookings will be confirmed without receipt of Security Deposit
- Security Deposit will be refunded after one month of the programme.
- Non-veg. and Alcoholic Beverages not permitted
- Venues are not available for religious functions like marriage, Dance, Orchestra, Dandia etc.
- The Reception area of the office should not be used.
- Eatables from outside are not allowed to be served in our venues
Payment Terms:
- 100% payment of hire charges one week before booking date.
- Postponement facility is available at 25% of the hire charges paid for earlier booking which will be levied as postponement charges for the future available date
- Cancellation charges are as follows :
- Within 7 days from the date of programme, 75% of hire charges
- Within 7 days to 15 days from the date of programme, 50% of hire charges
- Within 16 days and more from the date of programme, 25% of hire charges
- GST @18.00% will be payable on the hire charges and on any additional charges as per Central Government Rules
- A refundable security Deposit will also required to be paid alongwith the hire charges
- Separate cheques to be issued for payment of hire charges and refundable security deposit
- The Cheques to be drawn in favour of ‘Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce Trust’
